Loves this illustration!! Love the mystery. It is exciting and scary but has an air of innocence. Very complex emotionally but so well executed.

Gave me chills, dude -- the characters so real and iconic, the illo so very well-made and evocative.

I want to read/see their story!

So evocative... although pretty mysterious when combined with the concept "sacrifice." Or maybe I'm just thick. I don't immediately see what, who or why anything will be sacrificed. Maybe I missed the link to the "story" that'll go with this book.
ARCHETYPAL!!
