i break pencils fast i guess i draw to hard, so the clicking mechanical ones keep things going better than if i had to always be stopping to cut a new one w/ an exacto-knife or a pencil sharpener.
Great pieces. Though I'm wondering about the second one. Is he in trouble, or just bored, and what does the monster represent play? Really interesting, lots of ways to interpret I guess.
Love that snail… I had one as a pet, for a day, had to give it up since it left unseemly trails on highly polished wood. Ah. All of your illustrations are fantastic, and they do make one smile.

Great work Cory - really sensitive, really fun!
I love that little bug listening to the music. How do you do your shading, is it just pencil?
just pencil. a bic 0.7mm mechanical pencil.
