space is the place

A few months ago I was able to mention that we were involved with an amazing project, a documentary film, The Last Flight of Petr Ginz.

I can not wait until it's complete and I can not wait to get to show it all to you. We're nearly done with our part, the animation, but there's still much for the filmmakers to do.

I feel that in particular I've been able to level up the quality of the art for animation over the last few months. You can see a very, very early pass at the space animation in the trailer (at the bottom of the page) I think you'll agree we have come a long way in the two years since we pulled off the animation for the trailer. Here is a glimpse of some of the new art for the space sequences.

I'm very excited for this project, it's been a dream to work on.

Wow pretty mind boggling scenes! And all this is in Photoshop?
I also notice on your Twitter that you're working on Fraggle comics? What's that all about? I love Muppets (and Fraggle Rock), and I'm trying to imagine what a Godbey-esque Fraggle would look like!
